within set limits, to vary their daily start and finishing times, as long as
the number of agreed contracted hours is worked. The system has proven to be a

A Childcare Voucher Scheme is
available to all MBDA (UK) employees. The scheme means you can choose your own
preferred form of childcare and is exempt from National Insurance
contributions. You could save up to 10% on childcare costs. A further 5% can be
saved if the childcare voucher is used at a Nursery owned by the providers of
the scheme.
