- Salaries and Bonus Payments

- Flexi Time (Levels 1-4 only)
After listening to our employees, we introduced a flexi-time system which allows employees, within set limits, to vary their daily start and finishing times, as long as the number of agreed contracted hours is worked. There is also the facility for employees to accrue time and take up to 12 days flexi-leave per annum in addition to the paid holiday entitlement under the flexi time system. The system has proven to be a great success across the business and has provided our people with more flexibility and control over their working lives.
We offer 25 days paid holiday each year, plus all statutory and public holidays.

- Medical Care

- Childcare Support
As part of our Family Friendly approach, MBDA UK operates a voucher scheme that can reduce the cost of your childcare. The voucher scheme allows participating employers to take advantage of Government/HMRC* regulations that allow employees to sacrifice salary and take childcare vouchers of equal value to the amount of salary sacrificed (currently capped at £243 per month). The vouchers can be used to pay for all types of childcare and are of real financial benefit.
- Share Incentive Plan

- Cycle to Work Scheme
MBDA UK offers employees the opportunity to participate in our annual cycle to work scheme. The scheme offers employees the opportunity to save on the purchase of a bike through salary sacrifice arrangements.
- Enhanced Maternity Pay
Eligible employees are entitled to Company Maternity Pay for the first 18 weeks, paid at 100% of their average earnings, and a further 21 weeks at the standard rate of Statutory Maternity Pay (39 weeks total).
- Additional Learning Fund (PASS Scheme)
Employees can receive up to £100 towards the cost of approved courses. The scheme covers courses with a recognised qualification, which even includes driving lessons and PADI scuba diving qualifications!

- Car Share Scheme
MBDA UK maintains a car sharing scheme to promote green transport for the benefit of all staff, the local community and the environment. Car sharing is when a private car carries more than one occupant and can be used for regular commuting and individual journeys. It gives you the opportunity to find a match to share the cost and stress of driving when it suits you; is not necessary to commit yourself to every day of the week.
