Filton, Bristol is the location of the company's Systems and Software departments. Filton is approximately a 25 minute drive from the city centre and about a 15 minute walk from Filton Abbeywood Station.

Restaurant/Canteen
We have a subsidised canteen on site which offers a range of meals including healthy options to meet today’s working lifestyle. Our in house caterers use freshly delivered, seasonal foods to produce nutritional, tasty, homemade dishes. Our canteen also houses a coffee bar which is open for the whole day.

Free tea and coffee
We have free tea and coffee making facilities across all sites.

BAWA
MBDA employees are able to join BAWA, a ‘not-for-profit’ members' association that offers healthcare as well as sports and leisure facilities to its members, with the aim of promoting good health and wellbeing. The facilities and services are shared by a number of other local companies and organisations including Rolls-Royce Plc, Airbus UK, BAE Systems, GKN South Gloucestershire Council, North Bristol NHS Trust, and John Lewis Partnership. At present, BAWA boasts over 9000 members.
