Graduate Recruitment Process

  1. Once you have submitted your online application you will be sent an email to acknowledge its receipt.
  2. Your application is then assessed against academic criteria.
  3. Providing you have the relevant qualifications for the role, for which you are applying, you will be asked to sit 2 online ability tests.
  4. If your test results reach our required benchmark, your application will be reviewed further.
  5. If we are happy with your application, you will then be invited to attend an assessment day.
  6. Finally, if after this you have met all of our criteria you will receive a conditional offer of employment.
