Graduate Recruitment Process

  1. Once you have submitted your online application you will be sent an email to acknowledge its receipt.
    1. Please ensure you answer all of the questions asked on the application form.
    2. If you are given up to 200 words for an answer, please use 200 words.
    3. If you are choosing more than one business area to apply to (recommended), please provide a reason for applying to each business area within the relevant question.
    4. Please include all modules studied / currently studying on the application form.
    5. Please do provide a response to the question which asks about university projects if you have undertaken a project.
  2. Your application is then assessed against academic criteria, and to ensure it is fully completed.
  3. Providing you have the relevant qualifications for the role, for which you are applying, you will be asked to sit 2 online ability tests – verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning.
  4. If your test results reach our required benchmark, your application will be reviewed further by the departments you have applied to.
  5. If we are happy with your application, you will then be invited to attend an assessment day.
  6. Finally, if after this you have met all of our criteria you will receive a conditional offer of employment.
