Restaurant/Canteen
Our on-site subsidised restaurant offers a range of meals including healthy options. And our in-house caterers use freshly delivered, seasonal foods to produce nutritional, tasty, homemade dishes. Our restaurant/canteen also houses a coffee bar which is open for the whole day.
Gym
We have an on-site gym which is open every day to all MBDA employees. The gym offers a good selection of equipment to use, a variety of classes to join and personal training. All members of our gym become automatic members of our Sports and Social Club at no extra cost.
Sports and Social
Our sports and social clubs offer you, your family and friends discounts on a wide range of activities - from theatre trips to sporting activities and days out. You’ll also have the chance to enter in to a monthly money prize draw.
Shop
Our on-site shop offers a selection of refreshments including sandwiches, salads and snacks. You can also purchase newspapers, cards, stamps and have access to a cash machine.
Occupational Health
Our Occupational Health Advisor offers screening services to employees who work with hazardous substances, health promotions, medicals for employees travelling overseas on company business and stress management. The aim is to look at the effects of ‘Work on Health’ and ‘Health on Work’. We also have a Company Doctor who has a clinic on site each month.
