GENERALIST ENGINEERING

Stevenage

As a Generalist Engineering Apprentice you will study towards a Mechanical Engineering HND. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 96 UCAS points via a BTEC in Engineering or a minimum of 3 relevant A Levels at Grade C or above. A Levels must include Mathematics and a STEM subject such as Physics or Chemistry.

MECHANICAL

Stevenage

As a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice you will study towards a Mechanical Engineering HND. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 96 UCAS points via a BTEC in Engineering or a minimum of 3 relevant A Levels at Grade C or above. A Levels must include Mathematics and a STEM subject such as Physics or Chemistry.

The Mechanical Engineering programme will offer you opportunities to apply and develop your skills in areas such as:

  • Mechanical Analysis
  • Materials
  • Electronic Packaging
  • Drawing Office
  • Mechanical Design

ELECTRICAL

Stevenage

As an Electrical Engineering Apprentice you will study towards an Electrical Engineering HND. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 96 UCAS points via a BTEC in Engineering or a minimum of 3 relevant A Levels at Grade C or above. A Levels must include Mathematics and a STEM subject such as Physics or Chemistry. Electrical apprentices are also able to undertake summer placements with our electrical suppliers.

The Electrical Engineering programme at Stevenage will offer you opportunities to apply and develop your skills in areas such as:

  • PCB Design
  • Test Equipment
  • Manufacturing
  • Electronic Packaging
  • Materials

GENERALIST ENGINEERING

Bolton

As a Generalist Engineering Apprentice at Bolton you will study towards an Electrical Engineering HND. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 96 UCAS points, the equivalent of a minimum of 3 relevant A Levels at Grade C or above or achieved a BTEC in Engineering. A Levels must include Mathematics, a Science subject (ideally Physics or Chemistry).

The Generalist Engineering programme at Bolton will offer you opportunities to apply and develop your skills in areas such as:

  • Manufacturing Design
  • Test Engineering
  • Circuits
  • PCB production 

OPERATIONS

Bolton

As an Operations Engineering Apprentice at Bolton you will study towards an Electrical Engineering HNC. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths, English and Science at Grade 4 or above or if you have undertaken a BTEC / A Levels, you will be required to have obtained 96 UCAS points via a BTEC in Engineering or a minimum of 3 relevant A Levels at Grade C or above. A Levels must include Mathematics and STEM subject such as Physics or Chemistry.

The Operations Engineering programme at Bolton will offer you opportunities to apply and develop your skills in areas such as:

  • Circuits
  • PCB Production
  • Fitting
  • Paint Shop
