Early Careers Benefits



The starting salary for graduates is £26,500 per annum and you also receive pay reviews every 6 months whilst on the programme.


The starting salary for apprenticeships is £14,500 per annum and you also recieve an annual pay review based on performance.


The starting salary for undergraduates is £18,000 per annum.


Summer placements start with a salary of £16,000 pro rata and this increases to £17,000 if you do a second summer placement and £18,000 if you do a third.


Bonus Payments

Graduates will receive a joining bonus in your first month. This is £2,000 if you have a Bachelor’s degree or £2,500 if you have a Masters.

Graduates, Undergraduates and Apprentices are eligible for the annual company bonus which is a discretionary payment based on overall company performance.

Flexible Working

We are committed to offering flexible ways of working to support both the needs of our business and our employees. To do this we offer a flexi-time system, where you can choose your start and finish times, including the option to finish at 12.30pm on Fridays (in line with business perimeters).

Annual Leave

Employees are entitled to 25 days annual leave per calendar year, in addition to all statutory and public holidays. As part of our flexible working scheme, you can build up extra hours to convert into additional days leave (up to 15 per year) or you have the option to purchase extra days too.

Support with Chartership

Graduates will receive support to gain Chartership during your scheme. Undergraduate placements will count as experience towards Chartership in the future.

Season Ticket Loans

Commuting to work on public transport? Spread the cost of your season ticket loan over a 12 month period and have the payments deducted directly through payroll.
