Investors In Gold People Award
MBDA have received the Investors in People (IiP) Gold Award, remaining in the top 2% of organisations within the UK when it comes to this prestigious accreditation in people management.
Independently judged on nine elements, we have succeeded in being re-awarded our Gold accreditation for Investors in People. Reflecting the latest work based trends and backed by academic research, Investors in People looked at our people management practices and put us through vigorous testing via assessments and randomly selected employee interviews.
With a focus on leading, improving and supporting, the elements on which the judging is based upon contribute to the achievement of organisational objectives:
