As an engineer in MBDA’s International Weapon System Architecture & Equipment function, you will be part of a strategic area of the company that is involved in developing complex systems solutions for our products that meet the needs of our customers both today and in the future. 

The key technology enablers supporting the development of these complex systems solutions, namely: Synthetic Environments, Command & Control, Network-Enabled Capability and Mission Planning are also an integral part of the function and provide a variety of challenging opportunities.

Academic Criteria

Applicants should hold or be working towards a minimum 2:2 honours degree in either:

  • Ergonomics
  • Psychology
