MBDA is the only company capable of designing and producing missile systems to meet the current and future needs of the armed forces over land, sea and air. Through our expertise, we have become a trusted partner to the Ministry of Defence and work closely with the military to ensure that they have the capability they need, in order to protect our freedoms.

In the UK we have a workforce of over 4000 located at our three main sites in Bristol, Bolton and Stevenage - where we design, manufacture, test and maintain our products. Globally, our employees total over 11,000 with sites in France, Italy, Spain, Germany and the USA.

Salaries and Bonus Payments

We offer competitive salaries and bonus schemes in relation to employee and overall business performance.*

All employees up to senior level are eligible for payment of overtime and travel time.

Annual Leave

Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave per calendar year, in addition to all statutory and public holidays. This increases to 26 days after 10 years of service and 27 days after 30 years.

Flexible Working

Our employees can choose when they work around the core hours with our flexi-time scheme, creating a great work-life balance. They are also able to accrue up to 15 days of flexi-leave per annum in addition to the 25 days + Bank Holidays of annual leave provided.*

Enhanced Parental Leave

Eligible employees taking maternity, adoption or shared parental leave can take up to 52 weeks of leave. This includes up to 18 weeks of enhanced pay, paid at 100% of their average earnings.
