Graduate Programmes Build your future while making a difference.

Graduate Programmes Overview

Our graduate programmes are a great opportunity for you to discover a career in national security. Most programmes take place over two years, where you’ll complete 4 6-month placements: three in your specialist area and one elsewhere in the business or on secondment at another company. Our finance programme runs over three years to give you an in-depth insight on how we operate.

You’ll be supported to challenge yourself, to ask questions and to build a valuable network. Our rotational placements enable you to grow and get real hands-on experience. We’ll also provide you with everything you need to reach your potential, including career advice, bespoke training and even the chance to earn professional qualifications.

Our graduate programmes have a starting salary of £26,500 plus a £2,000 joining bonus paid in your first months salary. With access to a range of other benefits on top of this, there's no better way to start your career.
