Salary: Circa £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship

The opportunity:
As an Information Systems (IS) Project Manager, you will be involved in topics as varied as the dematerialization of transversal business processes and the implementation of solutions and interfaces with tools like SAP S/4 and Primavera.
This role will focus on maintenance activities as well as supporting the different projects for instance SAP S/4 migration that is in progress all across the MBDA Group. This role falls within the Information Systems (IS) area of MBDA; as part of Information Management (IM), the IS team focusses on delivering IT solutions that are used to support the business in a variety of domains.
Main responsibilities
Project management:
- IT responsibility for the successful implementation of modules used by the Programmes and commercial business teams.
- Manage the planning, coordination and supervision of projects, ensuring rigorous monitoring of the quality of the integrator's deliverables.
- To be the main point of contact between business teams and IM teams (security, network, technical architect, back office…)
- During deployment of systems, to be the main point of contact for the IS Programmes-commercial domains based in the UK.
Business As Usual-BAU activities and optimisation:
- To be the main IS point of contact to manage the anomalies and enhancements asked by the Key-users in Programmes-commercial applications.
- To provide functional and technical support to the business key-users.
What we're looking for from you:
- Deep knowledge in the areas of Programmes: scheduling, workloads, quotes and commercial offers, costing and pricing tools, and integration with SAP modules: SAP PS.
- Experience of challenging third-party development teams to deliver against the strategy and finding a solution to deliver the business requirements
- An experience in some applications used in MBDA like Primavera, CRM with Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage.
