MBDA wins Best Apprenticeship Programme at the Investors in People Awards

We are delighted to share MBDA has been awarded the Best Apprenticeship Programme Award at the Investors in People Awards 2025, recognising the company’s outstanding commitment to developing Early Careers talent.

The award celebrates employers who deliver high quality Apprenticeship Programmes that combine technical excellence, structured learning and long-term career opportunities.

Across MBDA UK, apprentices play an important role in supporting complex, real-world programmes, working alongside experienced engineers, project managers and business support specialists while studying towards nationally recognised qualifications.

Depending on the scheme, apprenticeships with MBDA UK involve rotations across a wide range of disciplines, including engineering, digital, manufacturing, finance and business operations, ensuring apprentices gain exposure to a broad spectrum of experience.

MBDA’s award win was announced at the Investors in People Awards Ceremony in London. Speaking after the win, Graduate & Apprenticeship Programmes HR Manager Andrew said:
