MBDA UK Recognised Among the UK’s Top Ten Best Places to Work 2026

We are delighted to announce that MBDA UK has once again been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list, securing a place among the Top Ten ‘Very Big’ organisations to work for in the UK.

Being recognised in the top ten reflects our continued commitment to creating an engaging, supportive and rewarding environment where our people can thrive. It recognises the culture we continue to build at MBDA - one where we invest in our people, celebrate success, encourage development and prioritise wellbeing.

The prestigious nationwide survey recognises more than 500 organisations across a broad range of industries and sizes, celebrating employers that place colleague experience, engagement and wellbeing at the heart of what they do. We are proud to be recognised alongside organisations that share these values.

The results from this year’s survey highlight the positive experiences of our people across the business, including:

•             84% overall employee happiness

•             88% pride in the organisation

•             85% wellbeing score

•             83% confidence in management

Additional highlights also showed that:

•             91% of employees feel safe at work

•             89% would recommend MBDA to friends and family

•             88% feel proud to work at MBDA

These results reflect the experiences of our colleagues and the culture they help create every day. We know that a positive workplace goes beyond benefits alone - it is about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to do meaningful work.
