Salary: Circa £24,000 dependant on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
To support a busy team within the UK Support Function, whilst learning new skills and having the opportunity to be a part of a fantastic team. In this role you will undertake specific projects/responsibilities/ administrative tasks for various teams and will provide support to the wider business. You will be required to be proactive in managing a busy workload and will work on your own initiative on some occasions. A good level of organisational skills, resilience, communication, attention to detail and the desire to learn and develop your skill-set are key to success in this role. As this is an entry level role, you will be required to undertake relevant training, development sessions and will need to actively improve by self-learning.
Will be based in our Stevenage office, however flexibility to travel to other sites will be required
Delivering high level administrative and business support to various project areas across the business
Create and maintain MS Excel spread sheets, PowerPoint presentations, MS word documents accurately
Providing core support to numerous project areas (in brief): Travel arrangements and expenses, organise meetings, events, data analysis/reporting, document maintenance and information gathering. These tasks may be varied and ad-hoc in scope
The role requires a high level of accountability, integrity, resilience and the ability to work within a team
Understanding and utilising MBDA applications and being a go to person within the areas of support
Assist the projects population to optimise efficiency throughout the business
Develop to become the knowledge point of contact within the UK Support Function Resource Pool
Encouraging collaborative working and knowledge sharing across departments
