MBDA are recruiting a key role of Group Head for our Digital Workplace and Collaboration team, where you will be part of the Infrastructure and Digital Workplace leadership team in the Digital Excellence directorate.
Salary: Circa £95,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen

This is an exciting opportunity to build and implement the IT services within the Digital Workplace and Collaboration Tools domain for the UK and France.
You will be in charge of running the transformation of our collaboration tools across group to improve user's satisfaction, increase user coverage and deliver enhanced features. You will also have the role of UK Deputy for the VP of Infrastructure & Digital Workplace.

- Operational management and control of Digital Workplace and Collaboration IT services
- Develop and deliver the group strategy for collaboration tools
- Management of skills and career development for this domain
- Employee management and development.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation with stakeholders and business teams.
- Be the VP Infrastructure and Digital Workplace deputy in the UK (HR proximity manager, budget overview, National Eyes Only topics).
Technical and business management responsibilities:
- Set direction for the development and performance of Digital Workplace and collaboration services in France and the UK, for example Service Desk, personal computer devices, workstations, tests and industrials computer devices, IoTs, office software, reprographics, printing/scanning, security products on workplace, meeting rooms, virtual meetings, file services, messaging, identity and access management.
- Maintain and deliver Service Transition and Service Operation procedures based on ITIL framework
- Drive the design, set-up and running of outsourcing contracts on premise for the digital workplace and collaboration domain.
- Work collaboratively with international groups across the domain to share experience, align standards and develop group services.
- Directly engage with Business stakeholders to develop Digital workplace policies and services.
- Lead the Digital Workplace & Collaboration steering group; defining future evolutions and planning execution strategies.
- Represent Digital Excellence in senior level briefings on Digital Workplace and Collaboration topics.

- A broad understanding of the IT architecture & technology and the ability to work with technical specialists from different areas of the Digital Excellence directorate.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - ready to align with IT security, procurement, internal business customers, finance.
- Ability to set long-terms architectural vision that supports business growth, cost efficiency, user satisfaction and brings innovation
- Confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic insights.
