Join the Reward & Benefits team as a Benefits Coordinator in this newly created position. You'll join a small team of Reward professionals and support the day to day running of the function. Salary: Circa £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience
Duration: Fixed-Term contract for 18 months
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 1 day per week on site in Stevenage
Security Clearance: Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Reward professionals in the day to day running of the function with the opportunity to work across a breadth of benefit related activities as a Benefits Coordinator.
- Support the delivery of our suite of employee benefits across health & wellbeing, finance and lifestyle benefits, working with a range of external providers
- Contribute to the ongoing management and administration of existing employee benefits
- Responsible for monthly benefit reporting to providers and payroll
- Partner with the HR team and external providers for day-to-day benefit related operations, including acting as an advisor for the resolution of benefit queries
- Support the annual benefits renewal project, with input to the design process, communications and testing
- Actively seek to improve and streamline existing benefit and wider reward processes and be part of the design and development of new processes
- Work collaboratively with the broader UK HR team as well as external providers
- Where appropriate you may support wider Reward and Benefit projects across compensation, benefits and pensions.
What we're looking for from you:
- Specific experience in a benefits role or similar in an HR environment would be beneficial
- Clear and adaptable communication style to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong excel skills. You must be comfortable in manipulating large datasets whilst maintaining data accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to work across various projects
- Initiative driven, with the ability to work independently.
