The opportunity:
Ready to work on technology that defines the future of defence? We are looking for Electronics Engineers to join us across three cutting-edge pathways:
Electronics Engineering: Focus on the development of complex electronic systems. You will engage in the full lifecycle—from capturing requirements and architectural design to hardware integration and final prototype testing. Specialisms include RF, Antenna Design, Power Electronics, and PCB layout.
Electrical Missile Architecture: Focus on the Missile-level blueprint. You'll define electrical topologies (including requirements and architecture) as well as manage the integration of key sub-systems that form the missile, assisting in the overall build for defence systems of tomorrow. This role blends technical design with stakeholder management and performance trade-off analysis, giving engineers the exposure to the missile lifecycle.
Test Architecture: Focuses on Test and testability of the products. This involves collaborating across multiple technical functions to design, manage and implement strategies that guarantee product performance throughout its life cycle. This includes specifying production testing, designing Built-In Tests (BIT), and delivering specialised test equipment.
Regardless of the route you take, you'll benefit from a rotational programme that exposes you to the entire product lifecycle. You'll collaborate with a wide range of engineering functions and specialist teams; all while being supported by experienced colleagues.
What we're looking for from you:
Degree qualified in an Avionics, Electrical/Electronic, Electro-mechanical, Physics or Systems Engineering discipline to a minimum of 2:2.
