Registration: Please use the link below to register ahead of the event on our Workday portal. If you have previously applied for a role with us, you should be able to login to your Workday account.
Creating an account allows us to process your job applications much faster following the event and, in some cases, to speak to you before the event about what opportunities may or may not be suitable for you.
NB. All registered attendees will receive an email from us confirming your attendance a few days before the event date.

Event Overview
Our careers open days are a chance for you to find out what it is really like to work for MBDA, by talking with some of the amazing people that work here.
Employees and hiring managers from a range of teams will be at hand to answer your questions about life at MBDA, our benefits, and of course the jobs themselves.
Friendly faces from our Resourcing team will also be there to help guide you to the right people on the day and answer any queries you may have around the application process itself, including timescales, security vetting and more.
Who is the event for?
As a business, we design and manufacture missiles and complex missile systems, so require a wide breadth of skills to deliver and develop our products.
Within our UK business, around 60% of our roles are in some form of Technical / Engineering capacity, including Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Projects and much more. Our Filton/Bristol site is home to a number of teams, although Systems Engineering and Software Engineering have the highest presence here.

Attending the event
We strongly recommend registering for the event before attending (see link at top of page). Registering in advance will help us determine your suitability before the open day, as well as being able to instantly apply to roles during or after the event.
Doors are open for entry on the day between 4PM and 6:30PM.
You will need to bring photo ID to attend the event and will be asked for a few details on arrival.
