MBDA - The UK’s Aerospace and Defence leader for Work / Life Balance

Jobs and recruitment website Glassdoor has recently ranked MBDA among the top 10 Best Places to Work in 2022 in the UK for work / life balance.
Our rating of 4.38 out of 5 for Work-Life Balance on the employee review platform was enough to put us in ninth place overall, and the leading employer nationwide in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
The table was compiled using anonymous feedback and ratings left by workers on their employer's approach to work-life balance. All of the companies on the list were rated highly for the measures they have put in place to combat burnout and allow for a better work-life balance.
Debbie Cole, our Head of Resourcing UK, said:
"This ranking from Glassdoor is further proof that MBDA UK is an industry leader when it comes to work-life balance. We are, of course, continually looking to improve our offer and welcome suggestions from colleagues on how we can do this."
Paul Holt, Dynamic Working Programme Lead, added: "Feedback referencing Dynamic Working is common throughout the MBDA reviews on Glassdoor. Reviews comment on the fairness and flexibility of Dynamic Working and highlight some of the recent on-site enhancements introduced, such as subsidised catering.
