Join our Accounts Payable team as we prepare for a major system integration!
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity to be involved with a busy Accounts Payable team where you will be actively involved in data cleansing activities ready for our S4Hana migration.
The role will require data cleanse activities that will include:
- Vendor Statement reconciliations - Moving this process over to new software
- Vendor data cleanse including accurate banking information
- GRIR reconciliation including the training and follow up with the wider Finance team and reporting on a monthly basis.
- There will be the need to review and process invoices, including all query resolution
What we're looking for from you:
- Previous Finance experience
- A keen analytical eye and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective planning, time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage critical issues and juggle multiple priorities.
- Able to use Excel including V lookups and Pivot tables
- Able to use Microsoft Outlook and Word
