When I first arrived at MBDA, I was given the opportunity to work with more experienced colleagues to develop my knowledge of the business and how to run a large organisation. This was invaluable to me, and helped me reach the role I am in today, whilst delivering a high-value contribution.

MBDA has a strong identity that I was not aware of prior to joining the business. The sense of community came across at the interview and was better than I expected when I started my new role – the feeling of team participation and contribution to a bigger picture is great! 

MBDA has really given me a fantastic opportunity to grow through various training and coaching opportunities – and this has made me realise my true potential as a leader. The accessibility of senior leadership in the business is open and receptive, which also allows for a good level of empowerment.
