Salary: Circa £80,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
Leading the charge to transform our way of delivering integrated capabilities requires constant drive for improvement in all aspects of how MBDA delivers air platform integration. We are seeking a driven individual to deliver change at a business, technical and programme level through direct identification and delivery of new, improved or transformation approaches. Our aim is to deliver capability to the front line with your leadership and management we will be capable of doing it quickly and more effectively.
We are seeking a business oriented leader who has a background of engineering management and change in a defence capability role. You would seeking to tackle business uncertainty and develop programmes that deliver material change in the sector and wider business.
As part of the Airborne Systems Integration programmes team you will be at the forefront of delivering in the UK, Europe and worldwide. The team is small but takes the MBDA capability portfolio and delivers it in the air environment.
What we're looking for from you:
- Experience of business and engineering change in an aerospace defence environment
- Ability to identify and develop new approaches with the wider team and deliver them to business delivery needs
- Knowledge of the air platform market and ability to understand the market direction
- Understanding of the needs of complex systems integrations and the ability to drive change at all levels
